Procedure for building a local environment.

1. clone this repository.
2. $ yarn (install)
3. $ yarn run development
4. $ yarn run mock-server （if you need mock server rather than artie-api server）

Then, open http://localhost:3000/ （mock server is http://localhost:3001）
