Description
This removes a test gzip file that Linux Foundation tools are flagging as a non-image binary object in the repo, which they ding us for on our project health score. The file is actually an orphan that was used in older unit tests that were already migrated to a runtime/in-process gzip test instead of relying on files. So it is safe to delete with no other changes.
