cycjimmy/semantic-release-action@v7

New major version v7 is published but was not tracked in the catalog, which fails the "Validate typings" job:

Missing major versions found:
- cycjimmy/semantic-release-action: [v7]

Typings start as a copy of v6 typings, adjusted to match action.yml@v7:

  • skip_npm_plugin (input, new in v7): proposed type boolean. The manifest describes it as "Whether to skip the @semantic-release/npm default plugin... When true, the default plugins are replaced with...", and the README lists it with default false and shows skip_npm_plugin: true in its example (action.yml@v7, README #### skip_npm_plugin).
  • branch (input, present in v6, removed in v7): omitted from the v7 typings, as action.yml@v7 no longer declares it — it is superseded by branches, which requires semantic-release v16 or above (action.yml@v7, README inputs table has no branch).
  • Outputs: unchanged from v6 (action.yml@v7 declares the same 12 outputs).

metadata.yml was updated with v7, and the typings' input/output keys match action.yml@v7 exactly.

Checked the latest failed Validate typings run (test.yaml, run 38137415781) against this PR — no TypingDifference entries, only the missing v7 major version, which this PR resolves. Typings input/output keys match action.yml@v7 exactly (including the removed branch and new skip_npm_plugin), and metadata.yml is updated. No changes required. ✅
