• New strix/report/tool_cost.py module implements ToolCostTracker to estimate and log costs for agent tool executions with default cost estimates per tool type • Modified strix/core/hooks.py ReportUsageHooks to track tool usage and estimated costs after each tool execution using the new cost tracker • Updated strix/core/runner.py to initialize the tool cost tracker at the start of each scan run • Added basic .gitignore cleanup to remove redundant entries
