docs: document maxRequestBodySize property (CP: v24)

Backport of #5772 to the v24 branch.

The v24 configuration properties page uses a table layout instead of the definition-list format on main, so the property was ported as a table row (placed alphabetically after maxMessageSuspendTimeout). The troubleshooting section applied cleanly.
