Scan timeout

On an HP printer, I encountered a hang after sane_start — no errors, the printer was unresponsive, and the bot turned into a pumpkin.

To prevent this from happening in the future, it is necessary a timeout for the scan. If scanning takes longer than 30 seconds bot should either prompt the user or abort the scan and return to a normal state.

Perhaps mfp3000bot needs to reinitialize the SANE backend after hanging.
