Visit portal.azure.com and log in using your university account credentials.

Once logged in, navigate to the main menu and select Access student benefits to explore available options.

Click on Get started for free to proceed.

Complete the Azure account creation process by providing your personal information and verifying your phone number as prompted.

Enable double verification for your account by selecting the most suitable option and clicking Next.

Press Keep going to continue.

Congratulations! You have successfully created your Azure account. You'll notice a $100 credit allocated for educational purposes. Additionally, expect to receive an email from Microsoft Azure sent to your university email address.

In the main menu, click on Create resource.

Choose, for example, a virtual machine.

Name your virtual machine.

You can configure many options, but for this example, we'll skip that.

Click on Create, and you will see something like this:

Next, download the private key and create the machine.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a resource in the Azure portal.
