Feature request: Italian language and custom silence removal

Hi ReScript team,

I’d like to suggest two features that would make ReScript much more useful for Italian content creators:

1. Italian language support
   It would be great to have full Italian language support for transcription and editing. This would make ReScript much more accessible to Italian users.

2. Custom silence removal
   It would be very useful to have a setting that allows users to choose exactly how long a silence must be before it gets removed.

For example:

Remove silences longer than 0.1 seconds

Remove silences longer than 0.2 seconds

Remove silences longer than 0.3 seconds

And so on.

Ideally, the user should be able to enter a custom value, starting from 0.1 seconds.

This would be especially useful for short-form content, where even very short pauses can make the video feel slower. Having precise control over silence removal would make the editing workflow much faster.
