Instead of using graphs which produced spaghetti, we use sequence diagrams. Finally, we do more to highlight that the direct MCP path can lead to the server and the UI getting out of sync when the agent chooses to use the server's MCP tools to accomplish tasks that the user is looking at visually. Then, the reconciliation of these is clunky because it must happen through traditional browser actuation mechanisms like DOM scraping etc.
