Adds canonical trait behaviors[] authoring for lifecycle, checkpoint, and tool-wrapper contributions. Keeps low-level runtime contribution fields intact while letting traits declare behavior phases from one semantic surface.\n\nValidated:\n- wippy run test in src/agent/src: 309/309\n- published wippy/agent@0.4.13
