feat: in call reactions - WPB-11770

• Redesign call UI bottomSheetViewController in SwiftUI so it can handle drawer on landscape mode
• Process and display reactions using a passthrough subject to the UI
• Add emoji picker in callUI and send inCallReaction via usecase
