Update wordpress-rs to 0.6.0

Smoke testing any wordpress-rs related feature would be great, but specifically testing WordPress/src/main/java/org/wordpress/android/ui/postsrs/PostRsListActivity.kt would be appreciated - ideally both as a fresh installation and as an update.

HEADS UP: This PR is important to merge before 27.0 release because of some internal fixes we are shipping in the 0.6.0 version of the wordpress-rs library.
