package.json version was bumped to 0.1.3, but package-lock.json still declares the package version as 0.1.0 at the top-level and in packages[""]. For release prep, these should be kept in sync (regenerate/update the lockfile via npm so its version matches 0.1.3, or commit an updated lockfile as part of the version bump).
