This PR updates the
halo2version in theCargo.tomlto point to current branch that contains updated ICICLE integrations.Details:
halo2dependency in theCargo.tomlis temporarily set to my branch for testing and development purposes.halo2updates are merged, the dependency can be switched back to the main branch for continued use.
