Handle INFO denial during validation.

runValidation calls sourceAdapter.getInfo(['cluster']) before key counting. UnifiedDatabaseAdapter delegates this call to iovalkey without catching errors, so an INFO denial sets the validation job to failed.

Normal connection setup already requires INFO through getInfo(['server']), so this is not a new requirement for sources that connect normally. However, an existing connection can lose that permission, and the registry also retains failed adapters for reconnection. Use a reliable non-INFO topology signal or document INFO as an ongoing validation prerequisite.

Review comment at @apps/api/src/migration/migration-validation.service.ts at
line 116:
Update the cluster detection in runValidation to use a reliable topology signal
that does not require INFO, so an INFO denial does not fail validation; if no
such signal is available, make INFO an explicit ongoing validation prerequisite.

### DBSIZE accuracy in cluster mode
### Key counts in cluster mode

`DBSIZE` on a cluster client is sent to a single random node, returning a
partial count. This means the key count comparison in validation may be
inaccurate for cluster targets. This is a known limitation.
Validation sums `DBSIZE` over every master of a cluster source or target, so
the key count comparison covers the whole dataset. The sample spot-check still
reads keys from the source connection's node; on a cluster source that is one
shard's keys.
