fix(deps): patch protobufjs CVEs via override bump to >=8.0.2 - #2329

Resolves 8 vulnerabilities (4 high, 4 moderate) in protobufjs >=8.0.0 <=8.0.1, a transitive dependency of @opentelemetry/otlp-transformer. The existing override (>=7.5.5) was satisfied by the vulnerable 8.0.1; bumping to >=8.0.2 forces resolution to 8.2.0 which has all patches. CVEs resolved: - GHSA-66ff-xgx4-vchm (high): code injection via bytes field defaults - GHSA-75px-5xx7-5xc7 (high): code generation gadget after prototype pollution - GHSA-jvwf-75h9-cwgg (high): process-wide DoS via unsafe option paths - GHSA-685m-2w69-288q (high): DoS via unbounded protobuf recursion - GHSA-q6x5-8v7m-xcrf (moderate): overlong UTF-8 decoding (protobufjs + @protobufjs/utf8) - GHSA-2pr8-phx7-x9h3 (moderate): DoS from crafted field names - GHSA-fx83-v9x8-x52w (moderate): prototype injection in constructors Fixes #2328 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
