Page Graph computer inventories in AD cleanup

Summary

• Request compact, synchronized Entra and Intune computer inventories for the existing AD computer cleanup job.
• Write Graph page progress and local indexing counts to the job log so long inventory reads remain visible.
• Stop when inventory is incomplete and require the installed and currently loaded GraphEssentials inventory commands to be version 0.0.63 or newer.

Release order

This consumes the paging and progress changes in EvotecIT/GraphEssentials#29. Publish and install GraphEssentials 0.0.63 before running this CleanupMonster path. The cloud cleanup policy PR builds on this branch and carries the next CleanupMonster module version.

Validation

The current branch passed all 184 CleanupMonster Pester tests on PowerShell 7 and 15 focused classic cleanup tests on Windows PowerShell 5.1. A full production-scale tenant run remains unverified.
