The home page format map gains a tour (Play tour, and autostart once the circle is in view), smoother hovering, a board that no longer grows with long answers, and a PowerShell filter backed by reviewed PSWriteOffice cmdlet mappings. /format-map/ is a no-index, hands-free stage for recordings in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 with a brand lockup and closing card. Build/FormatMapRecorder renders its cuts frame by frame with a frozen page clock (true 4K with --scale=2) and encodes mp4, h265, av1, webm, mov, gif, webp or apng through ffmpeg; Build/Record-FormatMap.ps1 regenerates the data, builds the stage and renders every cut. Cuts fail loudly when a scene they name has nothing to show. PowerShell routes come from Build/CompatibilityCatalog/powershell-routes.json; the generator rejects unknown routes and cmdlets missing from the published command snapshot. Layout fixes at medium widths: the surface cards fill every row, the hero code cards sit side by side, and the circle keeps readable labels by stacking its panel below it.
…audit The recorder's local file server now confirms the resolved path stays inside the served folder before it touches the file system (CodeQL: uncontrolled data used in a path expression). The recording stage has no header or navigation on purpose, so the site audit excludes /format-map/ from its nav check like the other app pages, and the page gets a visually hidden h1.
…agram The website's format map stays what it is for visitors: a map that plays a tour by itself and offers the PowerShell filter. The full-window recording stage, its page and layout, the ratio and brand CSS, the play-once and recorder hooks in the page script, the pinned-theme switch, the old recorder and its wrapper are removed; a dedicated media diagram replaces them in a follow-up change. This also removes what failed CI on the stage: its page had no navigation for the site audit and the recorder's file server was flagged by CodeQL.

On /convert/ the map's list view changed height with the chosen format (757px for DOCX, 1541px for HTML), so everything below it jumped. Where the answer panel is not pinned to the height of the circle (the list view and the stacked layouts) the page script now measures the tallest answer once per layout and reserves that height, and long answer lists scroll inside a capped list instead of stretching the board. Curves in the list view are drawn only to the rows in view and follow the list as it scrolls.

The home-page format map adds a guided tour and an evidence-backed PowerShell filter, so visitors can discover a conversion and see how to run it.
Use Play tour to restart it,
?tour=0to disable autoplay, or?speed=to adjust the pace. The media recorder is a separate dependent change in #3034.
