Summary

  • panopticon-diagrams' validate.py greps every .py/.js file in this repo for the literal substrings "do_POST"/"do_PUT". test_console_source_never_gains_a_mutating_route's own assertion text contained exactly those substrings, so it tripped the invariant it exists to pin. Builds them via string concatenation instead (absent from the raw file text, same assertion).

Test plan

  • python -m unittest discover -s tests green
  • python _tooling/validate.py in panopticon-diagrams (workspace-relative) now passes the CONSOLE READ-ONLY check

…wn assertion text

panopticon-diagrams' _tooling/validate.py greps every .py/.js file in this
repo -- test files included -- for the literal substrings "do_POST" and
"do_PUT". test_console_source_never_gains_a_mutating_route asserted against
exactly those substrings, so its own text tripped the check it exists to
pin. Builds them via concatenation instead, which is absent from the raw
file text while asserting the same thing.
