A small follow-up to #110. Not a release.

Translations

• Two Simplified Chinese refinements from a native speaker (@Infinifar) via Crowdin (New Crowdin updates #112): the storage permission title (来获取你的 PDF 吧) and the filename search tip (输入部分 PDF 名称即可快速找到).

Docs

• Every README's Translations section now has a table of the 13 languages: native name, English name, code, a live Crowdin progress badge, a link to the language on Crowdin, and contributors.
• The badges come from Crowdin's Badges & Status Images app through shields.io. Each reads progress.N from the stats file; a comment above each table says to check the positions there when a language is added.
• The wiki's Languages and Translation page has the same table.

Verification

• New Crowdin updates #112 passed the translation check and Lint, Test & Build.
• All 12 badges render (100%) and all 12 Crowdin language links load; the table renders with GitHub's markdown.
