This PR adds all the necessary gamedata for Sven Co-op 5.26. This means Fakemeta can now be used to manipulate entity data for whatever purpose is needed.
Combined with #1157, this gives AMXX the much-needed and substantial compatibility for Sven Co-op.
Like #1157, this gamedata is also gated by the bins' CRC, so the server won't crash if Sven Co-op is updated.
Small example in action, rename all zombies:

!! Note with a bit of off topic: While the necessary gamedata and offsets are provided, gamerules compatibility with Sven Co-op is still a to do. In the current implementation, attempting to get the gamerules object just returns garbage, and as I commented in Discord, I suspect this is also a case of Sven Co-op's Linux optimization flags that are not present in other Valve games but I could be wrong. Fixing this would also future proof other future Half-Life mods that may have the same problem.
