Summary
The Ask Fern transcripts table in the Fern Dashboard now shows a resolution verdict per conversation with an All / Resolved / Unresolved filter that also applies to the CSV export, and it records the documentation page each question was asked from. Teams can filter to unresolved conversations to find documentation gaps and see which page users were on when they got stuck.
