Release 0.12.0
Release 0.13.0
Adds a winter card to the feature grid in all nine languages and moves the What's new section from 0.11.2 to 0.13.0, with 0.12.0 and 0.11.2 folded underneath. The German page's canonical pointed at the English root, so the page consistency check refused every deploy since 2026-10-19 and the live site stayed on the pre-0.12.0 version. It points at /de/ again.
docs(site): announce 0.13.0 and restore the German canonical
Brings back the landing update for 0.13.0 and the German canonical fix, which went straight to main because the site is built from there.

Brings main back into develop after the 0.13.0 release.
main is ahead of develop only by the landing update (#354): the winter card in all nine languages, What's new moved to 0.13.0, and the German page's canonical pointed back at /de/. It went straight to main because the site is built from there.
No conflicts, no workflow differences between the two branches; after the merge develop's tree is identical to main's.
