Workflow modules, pipeline composition, and static typing out of preview are now merged, so describe them as implemented rather than as proposed. Restore a brief global cache section, and add the enhancements, deprecations, and config options from the 26.09 edge releases. Signed-off-by: Ben Sherman <bentshermann@gmail.com>
Restore the samplesheet section of the static typing migration tutorial, modeling the input as a channel of records (Channel<Sample>) now that channel params can be loaded from a samplesheet file. Also fix the preceding splitCsv example, which indexed the samplesheet positionally while the file has a header row, and add a preview note to the static typing overview.
